GridVax does not resell customer queries or use alert and export activity for model training. Every facility record includes source attribution and change history.
Customer data
Customer queries, alerts, and exports are not resold or used for model training.
Account information (email, organization, billing metadata) is used to provide the service, enforce plan limits, and deliver alerts you configure. We do not sell personal information to third parties.
Infrastructure records
All records include source attribution, ingest timestamp, and change history.
Public infrastructure data ingested by GridVax remains attributable to its original government or open-data publisher. See data sources for the full catalog.
Retention & deletion
You may delete your account from Settings. Export and alert history tied to your organization is removed according to our retention schedule. Enterprise customers may request a custom data processing agreement.
